Exactly or the city is very calm, alone two walkers before this building.
Truly a wonderful panorama view with the building as eye catcher.
Excellent composition, nice detailed image.

Bonjour Pierre

Ce n'est pas le plus beau bâtiment de Londres, mais quand le ciel est beau ,tout semble bien ressortir, les couleurs sont plus éclatantes.

Hello Pierre,
An interesting symmetrical building; one wonders what it might house. The two walkers bring vitality to the scene. Well presented with good colours and sharpness. I might be tempted to crop the bottom part of the image (the stripes on the road) and some of the sky to produce a more panoramic format.

Bonsoir Pierre, This is a rather large unidentified building that appears a bit in disrepair. This is a clear and sharp picture of the structure. It is well composed with excellent lighting. The presence of the couple walking in front of the building provides a good measure of the size of the structure. Excellent photography. Regards, Roger
