An almost artistic shot. I like the banding effect and the way the red and green complement each other. The close crop is good in reducing the suject to its core elements rather than confusing the viewer with the surrounding context.

Hi Ken a nice image I love the contrasting colours of the bark and the lichen (green and magenta) depth of field a little shallow but nice all the same.
