Photographer's Note
This was a piece of debris that caught my eye while I was walking alnog the banks of the River Adur near Shoreham in West Sussex last year.
Somehow the image didn't work in colour in the same way that it somehow comes together in monochrome form.

A good composition, Richard, and the conversion is excellent. The water really has a lumious quality to it. I like the contrasts among the three elements -- land, water and man-made object. Best, -Hugh
