Photographer's Note

Glen Nevis is a valley near the highest mountain in all of the U.K, Ben Nevis. This is a very popular spot for movies, photography, and hiking. Movies like Harry Potter, Rob Roy, and Braveheart have had scenes that took place in this beautiful valley.

This picture is a composite of multiple exposures (bracketing). Even though my father had told me to use graduated filters I was stubborn and decided not to. The minute I saw this shot I knew I had to take it. The rock in the foreground had a strong foundation for the rest of the picture to stand on. The point I was standing on was so high, I looked at a car on the ground and it looked like it was a tiny ant crawling on the road. This is a beautiful place and I highly reccommend it if you want to see the natural beauty of things.
