far as I know, the Islamic laws prohibit photographing people. Too bad, it was more artistic, as the door to get out or to get a man. Life given few pictures. Try stepping little rules, so will be more exciting images. Man is life and gives life anywhere. I say this as a professional photographer. Success!

Salam Omid. Such houses with high walls that guaranteed privacy were common in the Balkans once, especially in Albania. i noticed during my brief journey in Iran that many old houses were being pulled down and modern two storey houses were taking their place. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Omid,
Very fine colour harmony between the light brown wall and the clear blue sky, always an attractive combination. Interesting building but where are the windows?

Hi Omid,
I like this and look forward to seeing more of this series. Great architecture of a kind I never see. Is there a reason why the door is set down lower in the ground like this? I am more used to seeing doors being set upwards on steps, so this intrigues me.

Looks like an ancient fortified wall. It makes me wonder about the history & importance of this settlement in earlier times. Salam. latiff.
