After the roman invasion you now have the invasion of the tourists.
The summit of Masada sits 59 m above sea level and
about 470 m above the level of the Dead Sea.
The mountain itself is 610 m long, 200 m wide,
1330 m in circumference, and encompasses 23 acres.
The "Snake Path" up to the top climbs 280 m in elevation.
From the west, the difference in height is 70 m.

Hallo Thorsten!
Wenn man etwas über diesen Ort weiß, muss man hier wahrscheinlich ehrfürchtig werden. Ein symbolträchtiger Ort. Die Touristen - sogar mit Rollstuhl - bilden einen krassen Kontrast dazu. Ein Foto im Sinne von TE!
Ich wünsche Dir "aus dem Moorbad" eine gute Woche!
