Sleepy Village, a photo from Zufar, South

Photographer's Note

This is a remote village near Mughsail Beach in South of Oman (Dhofar region).

This region in Oman is a total gem. The beaches have soft white sand and spectacular cliffs and the best part is that they are almost untouched by people.

No high rise buildings, no resorts and very few travellers.

Very dramatic and stormy scene. I love the light breaking through in the disctance highlighting the hillside and the buildings.

Interesting image to look at, plenty to see here - nice capture.

Hi Bekim.
Very nice view of the coast of Salalah. I like the simple but nice composition with the excentered mosque which is well detached on the background. The light was probably difficult to manage but you succeeded very well. Good work.

VEry interesting place...Desert and sea next to each other. Your photo is really successful in reflecting different aspects of the scenery. Mountains, sea, fog, buildings and the mosque. Very well done...
