Kubba!!, a photo from Hims, Sud

Photographer's Note

This is the other kind of Kubba. It's very popular meal in Syria. It consist of groats milled with salt, pepper, chickens meat and onion. After we milled this components we formed like in the picture and fill it with cooked meat and nuts. The kubba can be putted in the stove as in the picture, or in frying pan, or it can be grilled. Any way it tests very well.
