Hi Rafef,

Here in Israel we say that when there is peace between Syria and Israel, we will come to eat Hummus in Dimashk. Is there a difference between the hummus in Dimashk and Hims ?

Hi Rafef,

The best place you can eat Humus in Turkey is Tarsus, which is almost 40 km west of Adana. The difference is that, we eat Humus hot, by adding roasted olive oil with red powder pepper. When the meal is ready, it is served with pickled green peppers.
