Photographer's Note
The season lasts only one or two weeks, and if you're lucky enough, you may have two weekends to catch the colours on the trees. For us, last weekend we were really lucky that both the weather and the season was awesome. This the view of one of the lakes is from an observation hill, which has to be climbed up by foot, before reaching the national park area.
The Yedigoller (the seven lakes) National Park is located in the north of the Bolu Province, Turkey.
The park is best known for the lakes formed by landslides and for the rich plant life. There are beech trees, oaks, hornbeams, firs, spruces, alders and black pines etc. in the area.
Some of the wild animals living in the area are Red deer, Roe deer, Wild boar, Brown bear, Wolf, Red fox, Lynx, Jungle cat, Otter etc.

Merhaba dear Cagla. What a fantastic POV and how fit you must be to climb this high!Very mystic atmosphere thanks to the wispy clouds and that mysterious blue. How lucky is the forest ranger or game keeper living in the house on the upper right!Best wishes. Klaudio.

Hi Cagla
hope all is well :)
always nice to see a new post from you and from Turkey, and its often something quite different.
just like this one.
reading your note, there's a wide range of plant and animal life here...lets hope one day its NOT cut down for property and buildings..that would be such a shame.
I like how you left out the sky, and kept the focus on the trees and misty air. the colors are quite striking indeed.
excellent post
cheers

Hello Cagla,
this is a beautiful autumnal view, you've filled the frame with well defined natural textures and the amazing colours of autumn. I like very much the rewarding point of view and how you achieved such a rich and vibrant palette without undermining the naturalness of the scenery and the suggestiveness of the atmosphere. The mist is palpable and shifting, an effect that's eerie and fascinating. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great evening,
Ourania
