Photographer's Note

Continued from yesterday...a brighter side of the place where a dream came true. Yesterday I was still overcome with melancholy after watching "Ararat" and the darkness of that photo showed that (too much perhaps).A place where dreams come true isn't supposed to be dark...and it isn't, if you look at the landscape from Ishak Pasha Saray, a sense of peace fills your mind, a sense of freedom...of course, this may vary from person to person:-) but the nearly complete lack of signs of modern civilization, the vastness of the valley below, the wilderness of the mountains around can induce upon you a sense of harmony. If you let it, you can find a place like that a 100 m from you house, but if you're still searching for it, Dogubayazit and around won't leave you disappointed, take my word for it.
