Photographer's Note

Today I decided to post a different photo instead of old buildings:)
I took this photo during a sunrise in Arpacbahsis Condo Resorts in Mersin,Turkey around 4 weeks ago.
I usually sleep during this early hour so it was my first Sunrise in my life:)
During my Turkey vacation i used 3 different cameras but I took almost every photo with my Canon 350D(Digital Rebel XT)and when I resized photos to post here photos started loosing quality and had this lines(halos or pixalates?)around all the edges.Can anyone please tell me how to avoid this problem?I did not even use usm or sharpen photos to avoid grains and halos but still have those things in it:(
I will appreciate anyone who helps me:)

Merhaba Pehlivan.
Çok güzel bir fotograf. özellikle fotonun sağ tarafındaki dalgalar inanılmaz güzel görünüyor.Karşıdan gelen ışık altında çekilmiş bu zor foto için ve güzel açıklaman için teşekkürler.

Merhaba,
Gökyüzünün ve onun denizdeki yansımasının rengi muhteşem. İnsan böyle havada balık tutmasa da olur;ortamın güzelliği ve huzuru yeter.
