Hello dear Annelise,
Nice capture from the Galata bridge towards Bosphorus.The boat just started towards the Asian part of İstanbul is one of the oldest ones (can be seen on the heavy smoke !). But the smoke adds here a nice accent to the scenery.
Typical İstanbul ! Nice warm late afternoon light.

Hi Anes,

Istanbul is a lovely place. Here, the golden eve lights gives a touch of beauty to the framing. Good proportions in composing the concept. A different pattern of image from your signature styles of photography.

Hi annelise,

in the thumbnail it looks a bit like in Venice. beautiful shot from Istanbyl, nice architecture, interesting traffic on the water, specially this smoke.

Hi Anes

I really like this - I can hear the scene and smell the smoke from the boat......it just captures that little corner off Galata Bridge so well.....it has a feel for being an image which will stand a test of time in depicting Istanbul......
