Hi An..
The cat is realy cute, in fact it's drawing attention a lot as it's looking straight into... my eyes ... is it the Behemoth?
Very well balanced composition as well as the light.

Hello Anellise,
A splendidly composed photo, but why f/2.8? The thin DOF and softness are the only detracting factors here. The subject doesn't need isolation from the background (plus, the shutter speed is 1/250), so something like 1/60", f/4 would have been better. A note about the place would have been nice...

A perfectly placed cat....like your toning too! The cat brings such an interesting element to this picture - I can't quite say why but it really makes me think! That's a success...anything which makes me think these days deserves much praise!!
