Photographer's Note

Early morning in Sirkeci Terminal, the train station that was the terminus of the fabled Orient Express. The station was opened in 1890, in the district of Sirkeci, near the point where the Golden Horn reaches the Bosphorus and the Galata Bridge. According to Wikipedia the restaurant seen here was a meeting point for journalists, writers and other prominent people from the media in the 1950s and 1960s.

Hello Jose,
Good capture of the early morning atmosphere where these chAors are waiting for the custumors. It is a stately, somewhat oldfashined place but I guess it will be fill of life in the afternoon.

Quite like this imaginative shot of ordinary mundane subject makes good when the neatly arranged diagonal and vertical regimented lines & shapes working nicely as one entity. The soothing light & colours make this an absolute pleasing and success shot. Beautiful capture, Congrats.

What a lovely place with a wonderful facade with a old architecture, the around windows are fantastic.
Also a very nice place for to eat or drink on these nice terrace.
