This shot is not from a Latin country. It was taken in Istanbul. Gypsy population can not be regarded as too little in Turkey.
Gypsies are generally interested in playing instruments such as clarinet, tomtom, violin, etc...
And the 'flower world' is under their power and control, generally. My three interesting models were at work and talking a customer.
