Photographer's Note
A mother…
To the best of my knowledge of the worldly affairs - my mother was the only living creature who loved me against all of the applying logic.
My mother loved my against all odds. My mother loved me and she didn't asked me to love her in return. My mother was the only person in Universe who not only forgave me the most wicked of my action but, she'd let me to know that she will forgive me in the future if I'll need that forgiveness.
My mother was the only living figure who would gladly die for me, without a slightest chance of returning back from death.
My mother is the only god I know, worthy of my prayers.

a dziecko to my sami.. wiec dajemy wszystko, lamiglowka sie zgadza..
z serdecznosciami, agn

George...this is SO sweet and strong! Your great love for your mother. Bravo! And in my italian language the word "bravo" is full of a lot of meanings. Bravo because you are full of love and sentiments. Bravo because you are SO a great photographer. Bravo because you share with us this wonderful image. Bravo because you are George, just George! Thanks. I thank you SO much.
And...oh..if now I shame about my poor photo for this " Mother's Day". A little horse? Your stupid and sad

Hi George,
Great tribute to all mothers. Shot with your distinctive style, close angle and rough ISO-400 film texture. Vignetting on the corners also emphasizes the focus on the mother and child.

Good to see you post, George!
You are very lucky to have had a mother such as you described in your note.
Your photograph is a stunning tribute to mothers everywhere.
With the combination you leave a lasting impression for that day called "Mother's Day".
Thanks for sharing, as they say on the Internet!

a mother is probably the only person in our lives who can be the object of bottomless love as much as deep hate - probably because without them, we wouldn't be here - and "here" can mean heaven as well as hell, depending on where we are in life.
but regardless of what we feel or felt for her, we survived those first weeks only because of her, and for this we should be forever grateful.
I see your photo and it reminds me of my mother's body - not the gym-enhanced, tight, worked-out body of the mothers I see these days, but that of a normal woman with three kids and a family to run. the normality of something that withstood pain and changed shape so that I could be here. whatever here is.
thanks.

Wielkie brawa.
