Photographer's Note

How many times has this happened to you? You walk by something that catches your eye for its photographic potential....you glance at it but fail to stop, thinking there will be something better along the path. Then, in a moment of regret , you turn around and head back to the spot you wanted to capture.
Too late!!....while you moved on,somebody already took your place... and your idea:-) But since it is an unwritten rule to not steal the composition spotted by someone else, you leave him with his subject.
Although I too wanted to focus on this attractive growth of lichen, I simply used this unknown photogragher as part of my "revised composition".
