Photographer's Note
This is the thirteenth pic in my A Walk Down Main Street series. I ask that you view the series in order please (if you're so inclined of course!). The street has a story. Cheers!

Well we're almost done with our tour here. If you want to see more of China town it spreads out in pretty much every direction from here. It closes pretty early though. When I first moved here I was surprised not to find many places open at 8pm. It's because of all the homeless and addicts I guess. But I do encourage you to wander around, there's lots of interesting little shops around.
Post-pro: I selected diff parts and adj levels and curves individually.

This is great Alex. I love the thin strip of sunlight highlighting the colourful traditional costumes in the window and the guy in modern clothes fiddling with his ipod in the forground is a perfect contrast.

In this one I love the crop and the placement of the guy! To me they are great (it reminds me of the first image of the Cattle Trails photo series). The “on the move” feeling is very good as well the exposure and colors. I like a lot the underexposure contrasting with the saturated colors. It’s something I find more and more interesting.
The light reflecting in part of the photo is also a very nice detail. I can’t explain why it works but it does to me.
