Photographer's Note

“The caribou” is the name of this photograph and it was taken in the park. This is part of a war memorial in memory of the victims of the first and second world wars. I tried to get a different angle and show detail of the bronze statue. The sky was not very bright.
I did not include part of the leg but this was purely for effect. I tried to give the impression of lying in the grass and looking out that this magnificent creature.
Once I was very close to a moose, stumbling near him by accident and it was a very humbling experience. They are large gigantic creatures.
This photograph was Level adjusted, Sharpened in the lab color U. S. M.100, 1, 0, framed and saved for the web.
