Hello Pierre,
The sheets of ice, many of them with fine blue tones, and the larger areas of dark water have created a fine pattern almost like an abstract painting. I would have needed someone standing on the ice to fully understand the dimensions, but I guess that wouldn't have been possible. ;-)
Regards,
Gert

Hello Pierre,
All the small ice floes make your picture very attractive.
Lovely panorama view about this area.
Also nice colours, excellent sharpness and clarity.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John.

Bonjour Pierre, looking at this scene makes me shiver!
I like the tight framing which focuses our eyes on the ice and snow floating on the water.
As Gert has stated, this could be an abstract painting.
The turquoise blue is beautiful.
Kind regards, Jean.

Bonjour Pierre,

Hello Pierre,
A true visual image of the area.
I see trees covered with hoar frost, you see large icebergs breaking up in the sea.
I searched for the head of sea creature, like a seal, hoping that it could help me understand the scale but ... to no avail.
It certainly looks cold!
My warm regards,
Bev ;-)
