Photographer's Note

“A boat in the pool” is the name of this photograph that was taken in beautiful, historic Ferryland. The pool was a natural harbor which was used many years ago during the time of Lord Baltimore. It is still in use today providing the perfect shelter for fishing boats.
While receiving a historical tour of the colony of Avalon http://www.heritage.nf.ca/avalon/, I took a number of photographs which I will share in the future. It was a beautiful warm day with great cloud formations.
This photograph was level adjusted and saved it for the web.

Hi Jim,
You took a wonderful landscape picture of this area. I would take a little bit off the foreground otherwise a great composition.
