Photographer's Note

As of the 2010 census, the population of Cabo was 68,463 people. It is the third-largest city in Baja California Sur. The continued economic growth within Cabo has been increasing thanks to national and international hotel chains establishing themselves in this corridor. People from all parts of Mexico have also emigrated to the area in the hope of better opportunity.
International tourists come to Cabo for fishing, night club entertainment, riding horses in the desert or parasailing on the water. Cabo San Lucas has the largest marlin tournament in the world. In the winter, pods of whales can be observed in the ocean. They bear their calves in the warm waters there. In 1990 Sammy Hagar of Van Halen opened a nightclub and restaurant., the Cabo Wabo Cantina. There are many bars and night clubs there to attract the tourist.
The area is served by Los Cabos International Airport. The town is also a popular port of call for many cruise ships. Of course, that is how I happened to be there. They also have some nice golf courses. I am a golfer.
This picture is a view from our ship, the Marina, of some of the condos and beachfront property that are available to buy or rent.
