Photographer's Note

This is a view from the bay of Donostia-San Sebastian looking toward Monte Igueldo. We did not have the chance of having good weather in San Sebastian, so we were unable to really enjoy the beach and the streets. But, it allowed us to have spectacular views of this incredible panoramas. Views I had never seen least not on TE. Despite the bad weather, I really enjoyed spending some time there, walking the streets of the old town, walking the beach from one end of the bay to the other, watching the surfers, the kite surfers, trying to talk with Miguel, my budget hostel tenant. I'll never forget those moments.

This was on our last night there. Rain was coming, not even subtle as you can see... People had already stopped walking their dogs on the beach. No more people playing football on the sand either. Not much people walking on the sidewalks around the bay...pretty unusual. Everyone could see it coming. The clouds litteraly engulfed the superb colors the sun was setting for us...But when I understood that this was a view I would never see again, I was breathless.

I definitely want to go back there sometime.

Don't even ask why I chose F/3,5...I don't know but it sure was a poor choice.
