Photographer's Note
Hello to all TE friends!
The photo was taken, the day we went out with the great Jean-Yves. We met in 'Unterwasser' and got up to Chäserrugg (ca. 2200m). After we took some photos we went down to Iltios (ca.1300m). From there we walked up to some small lakes. On the way there I saw this motive, so I took the picture. That´s it ;-)
Hope you like it and many thanks to JY.
Best wishes,
Kris

Hello Kris ,
What a beautifull mountain landscape , typically swiss . An excellent composition , with the little stones in the fore ground , the dark pines , the green fields , and the nice mountains .
A little lack of sharpness ?

Hello my Younger friend,
How wonderful for you to spent some time with someone you admired so much and learn a thing or two. That is wonderful. Perhaps it really show off here in this image. You're getting better with each shot. This one really show the great depth, from the tiniest little wild flowers all the way to the majestic mountain. I was hear also recently and it's incredibly beautiful. What a perfect day for photography. I'm really happy for you and thanks for sharing this beautiful nature.

Hi Kris
Ah here you come too, nice very swissly green image taken while descending, you got a nice sky that helps forget the image was taken at the worst moment of the day in terms of light quality. Image is a but soft but given the details on the plants, sharpening will make its fitting in the 200 KB a challenge.
Oh and congratulations for getting that fine camera ;-)
Have a nice day JY

Hello Kris,
It's a very lovely mountain landscape, you took a vertical frame, this gives a good composition, withy reral colours.
I find this image a little bit unsharp, the ws van Yves is very nice.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John.

Hi kris,

Hi Kris,
wonderful pov with great colors, sharpness and depth. Amazing sky!! This is a dream picture. Seems too good to be real, almost. But that's Switzerland - simply amazing - and you caught it fabulously.
Great job!

Hi Kris,
I think you managed to capture the essence of this beautiful country with its stunning mountainscape and great scenarios. All that green of the fields and the blue of the sky is a beautiful combination and brings life in the compo. Colours are wonderful and the overall quality is good. Excellent job!
Thanks for sharing it and regards,
Igor
p.s: it will be great to meet you and your family at the italian TE meeting in october.

The depth you have in the image is wonderful, from rock, flowers and bushes in the foreground, trees and a glimpse of lake in the mid-ground and the majestic mountains in the distance. It is a little bit soft. I wonder if a smaller aperture would have helped giving you a wider DOF. Nevetheless it is a beautiful scene.

Kris,

Hi Kris,
Nice one here mate. The sky really brings this one together for me and the colors are beautiful. The movement in that top cloud really makes things pop.
Cheers!
