Photographer's Note
Buckingham Fountain is a Chicago landmark in the centre of Grant Park. Dedicated in 1927, it is one of the largest fountains in the world. Took this with around 3 seconds exposure and ND10 did the rest.

Beautiful photo with this frame and the effect of the water of the nice fountain, pleasant composition and light, just a detail, the top is a bit cropped.
