very pretty picture, excellent composure/cropping . really curious if you could elaborate a little on what you did after taking the photo. It looks like it could maybe be leveled a bit, i really like the effect of having a black and white photo, and certain parts color. how is it done? the flags on the top left look a little blurry, the detail of the courthouse is great. thanks for sharing :)

I like the play of black and white and color here. The flags look really impressive against this backdrop. The lighting here was good allowing a nice sky and also good details on the building but with a play of nice shadows on diagonals. The textures all really stand out. The only thing I might suggest is to correct the perspective distortion. Make the verticals more vertical. But it is composed nicely with the off center line and the connection between the flag pole on the left and the entrance. Nicely done.
I did a similar play of color and black and white with the flags in front of the Ford World HQ. And that's also quite an ambitious project you have going. I've also started something more informal for Michigan, keeping the photos mainly for me. So far I've gotten to most of the counties between Ohio and Bay City and Detroit and Lake Michigan. Good luck on your continued endeavors.
