Photographer's Note

On a cold, cloud covered, Christmas morning a small flotilla of mallard ducks paddles out of a tiny bay in Watson Lake.

Due to the limited precipitaion in 2020 the lake level was very low as evidenced by the granite's discoloration. Hopefully our summer/early fall "monsoon" will fill the man-made reservoir.
