You definitely need to perform some color correction, this shot is clearly not true to reality.

Ben,
Welcome to TE. Is this the Presidio at Monterey or at San Fran? I agree that the image needs some post-processing to work with the colors. You might want to check "Enable Workshop postings" when you post an image. That way people can work with the photo and show you different possibilities. Again, welcome to TE.
