Photographer's Note
The spectacular Oregon Coast is accented by hundreds of these "haystack" rocks, like this one at Pacific City.

Perfect timing for the wave.

Hi Gregory,
A stunning capture. Great detail in the crashing waves caught perfectly. Also great detail in the rock, very sharp and a great composition.

Hello Gregory,
beautiful natural graphism, probably not easy to grasp from the beach and very difficult to capture so effectively, in a way that looks both neat and dynamic. I like very much the boldness of the simple, symmetrical composition, the colours and the play with the surface and the wave. Discovering a vessel floating calmly near the Rock is exciting. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,
Ourania

Howdy Gregory,
Fine view of one of Oregon's most iconic ocean monoliths, from the breaking surf, to the Haystack with its vertical arch visible. And in fine resolution and colors.
Well done,
Cheers,
Ray
