Foggy Boat Harbor, a photo from Alaska, Ouest

Photographer's Note

Small boat harbor in Prince William Sound Alaska. It was a foggy morning in early April this year. Most of the owners of these boats are in the process of preparing for a summer of fishing. Although this port is the northern most ice free port in Alaska, there is no activity in this area, except for the Coast Guard. Many do live on their boats during the winter, but one can find many 'boat sitters' as well.

I adjusted the blue a bit and used neat image for the water. Unable to upload the maximum size today.

beautiful blue photo with amazing freflections. The light shining through is divine and the snow on the pier and walk way is great. The water is gorgeous and very sleek.

Hi Mae, A very nice moody harbor in the fog. A beautiful composition to show the quiet charming marina with snow still covered docks. The reflections on the water and the forest of masts in the fog made this picture very attractive. A nice inclusion of the sun hiding in the fog. A beautiful picture, an excellent shot.

Wow, que preciosa foto!!.
Tenues colores debido a la niebla, muy bien captado el cielo con el sol.
Los botes se ven dormidos por el tiempo, la marina con el reflejo en el agua hacen una excelente composicion.
