The colors are indeed beautiful. Especially the spring's blue... The sign you included (though admitfully hinders the photo's general atmosphere) reminds me how I always do the same to avoid using titles in my album..

Great Job! You've really captured an amazing view here. If I was going to change anything, I would probably try to hide any sign of mans presence here, but hey, man is present here in a big way, so why not show it. This is a great picture and there's nothing that needs to be different about it.

Ha, Fred I missed this one and it deserves a good look at it indeed! ;-)) I like very much the colours and textures at foreground, together with the plate, and the rising smoke from the spring of course. The middle layer is contrasting finely between sky and FG. Wonderful capture!!

Thanks for pointing me to this older shot of yours, Fred, and I'm not surprised to see the complete Lion group here :-) It is a nice shot taken from a very similar point as mine. Heart Spring in the foreground displays the distinctive colors and appearance of many of Yellowstone's thermal features, and the view towards the back has a good depth. Good shot, I would have cropped the name tag in the foreground though.
