Photographer's Note

This shot was taken in Central Park, after heavy snowfall. I found the branches quite interesting here, mainly because they had accumulated snow. Then when the snow started melting, the water dripped through making different shades.
I think I had a problem adjusting the file size, the original size was so big, the compression made it loose quality.sorry.

story about the gates:

Artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude had an idea that they would put these orange flags termed "gates" all around central park.
On January 22, 2003, the City granted permission to the artists to realize their vision.
The Gates were unfurled in Central Park, on February 12, 2005, and remained through February 27, 2005. There were a total of 7500 "gates" in central park at that time.
