Photographer's Note
I was attracted by the architecture of the Alfred Deakin Building on Federation Square but stone, steel and glass by themselves wasn't enough, so I waited patiently and as luck would have it, a woman passed before me with colours matching those of the building. The sort of luck that seems to follow Wolfgang in his gallery photos.
The Alfred Deakin Building houses two important institutions, SBS and ACMI:
SBS-No other network in the world broadcasts in as many languages as SBS; more than 60 across SBS TV, Radio and SBS Online. An acronym for Special Broadcasting Service, SBS has its Melbourne studios and offices in The Alfred Deakin Building at Federation Square. As Australia’s national multicultural and multilingual public broadcaster, SBS is dedicated to fostering Australia’s cultural diversity and its presence at Federation Square, in the heart of Melbourne, is symbolic of the city’s cosmopolitan nature.
ACMI-A unique institution at the heart of Melbourne's iconic meeting place, Federation Square, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) celebrates, explores and promotes the cultural and creative richness of the moving image in all its forms - film, television and digital culture.

Hello Klaudio,
That woman was the Saviour of this composition, and indeed she seems to be surrounded by a huge halo of metal. The architecture is slightly confusing but smart and attractive, but I agree that something more was needed to make it an interesting photo. Finally you got it. Patience pays.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Klaudio, very nice image here. Good low POV here, that allows us to get the sense of height. Well done including a human being into the composition to get the moving effect.

Hi Klaudio,
You have managed a new point of view of this Federation square building that I have not seen before, The lady is well placed and framed by the oval shape, and I like how the building sort of envelopes her too. A well timed image.

Hi Klaudio,
The building in itself is a nice piece of architecture, certainly worthy of photographic interest. But the inclusion of that woman brings the additional touch that makes your image unique. The angles off the building naturally lead to this her, making her the point of focus. I underline the great timing for you to press the shutter, as she is ideally placed in your composition - just as well as within the ring, with space to move in.
I feel for nit picking... While post-processing your shot, I think you should have pulled the frame down on the left side, to get rid of this tiny yellow line. 5 pixels nit picking... :-p))
Very attractive shot, cleverly constructed.
Cheers!

Hello Klaudio,
The building is a most attractive spectacle but, you were right to wait for a passer-by who now adds a very particular focal point, gives the structure scale and as far as composition is concerned, is perfectly placed. A precisely timed shot, sharp and ultimately interesting.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Klaudio. My compliments for this successful photo. I particularly like the combination of futuristic building with the person in the foreground. The colors and the light are well represented. Good technical quality.

Hi Klaudio
isn't it funny how people walking by architecture will almost always have the same colors...it happens all the time!!!!!!
you just have to wait for it!
in this case, you waited just long enough and we're all glad you did.
really enjoy the colors, lighting, exposure and subject. looks great
cheers

Hi Klaudio
researched POV to get the oval shape contrasting with the straight diagonal lines of the building; a good play with almost only 2 collors. the lady passing by seems to play hula hoop!
Cheers

The striding woman is well placed within the composition here Klaudio and her determined step contrasts well with the static architecture. Well managed and harmonious in colour this works well for me.

Salam Klaudio
A busy striding person about town overwhelmed by the flashy high rise modern buildings that echoes the wonderful architectures. A highly creative urban shot with the punchy colours, detail and the angle you've taken it on, creating an appealing visual effect. A real bit of vision and an innovative way to see thing differently with good scale proportion. Superb lens work from Downunder, Congrats

Superb street photography, great combination of magnificent architecture and human element. Your patience was well rewarded and the splash of colour at the bottom really goes well with the facade.
Great timing too - it looks as if the woman were playing with a giant hula hoop... :-)

Ciao caro Klaudio
I've never seen the Deakin Building look so good. And the key to that is the clever way you composed it, getting all the elements in shot and also cropping it so tightly to emphasise those varying textures. Good timing with e human element, adding dynamism and interest. Nice work, thanks for sharing.
Hope you have a good week, un abbraccio
