Sunset fishing, a photo from South Australia, Ouest

On our recent trip to Western Australia we paused at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. On an evening stroll we came upon the wharf area at a cloudy sunset where there were plenty of confident people out there fishing - and they did appear to catch a few.

Hi Ian. Very effective contrast of mainly darker tones and that alluring strip of warmth and its reflection.Nice POV catches the bend of the pier and so presents a different structure to the usually straight projection. I like the balanced feel as well. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Ian.

Maybe a slight rotation to the left (ccw) but thats only a minor quibble. The shadow detail in the darkened partially silhouetted pier is excellent. Good sharpness and a superb warm vs cold color contrast between the indigo blue sky and fiery orange sunset colors. Tfs!
