Ferry boat, a photo from Parana, Sud

Photographer's Note

We have a small Sea Coast here in the Paraná state, South of Brazil, where there are two bays: Paranaguá and Guaratuba. Paranaguá is bigger, and there is the important Port of Paranaguá. Guaratuba bay is smaller, but also important because it is between the two most important balneary cities: Guaratuba and Caiobá (I have already posted six pictures of Caiobá). To go from Caiobá to Guaratuba we must take the Ferry Boat for a short crossing of the Guaratuba´s Bay. If you are traveling by the coast at South of Brazil, from Paraná to Santa Catarina state, this is the way. But there´s another way to go from Paraná to Santa Catarina, without this crossing, going direct, but you´ll miss the little Parana´s coast.

About the lines and dots you see on the picture, are energy cables and warning orange balls just there to show the cables to any little plane on the area.

Beautiful colors of a beautiful sunset and well shot. I like the softness in water and the mild reflection. Looks warm. But what are theese lines and the distracting dots in the middle of sky. Cheers. Hadi

Hola Jose.

La verdad es que los colores son geniales y el sol detrás de las nubes te ha salido muy bien. Además, la composición, con el barco justo debajo de las nubes y medio cruzado por el reflejo está muy bien captada.

Esta fotografia tem muitos elementos que eu particularmente gosto: Põr do Sol, mar, embarcação e reflexos. Além disto gostei muito da composição, cores, da silhueta, nuvens, luzes e contraste. Parabéns pelo trabalho!
