Canoe & Flags, a photo from Parana, Sud

Photographer's Note

There are just a few professional fisherman still living and working in Caiobá beaches, Paraná's coast, because this is a place for expensive properties. One of that fishermen uses to pull his canoe to the sand just in front of some of the best houses, because he still lives in the neighborhood of the that rich owners, beachfront, despite their money differences. But there are many fishermen in the nearby city of Matinhos, just 3km to the North, or crossing the ferry boat to Guaratuba, just 5 mintutes to the South.
Fishemen uses this flags to mark their fishing nets offshore.

I like how you caught the flags being blown in the wind like that. It really brings this picture to life. The yellow and black contrast wonderfully against the dark blue sky. Nice shot.

Oi Zeca,

Que POV interessante e criativo! As bandeirolas coloridas compoem perfeitamente a foto. A planta do lado esquerdo faz uma boa moldura natural. As cores e contrastes estao perfeitos, e que azul do ceu! Parece que a gente ta escondido atras do barquinho espiando o mar.
