The Complexo do Baú is a set of rocky mountains formed by Pedras do Baú (1,950m), Bauzinho (1,829m) and Ana Chata (1,695m), which together make up one of the main postcards of Serra da Mantiqueira. It is located in the city of Sâo Bento do Sapucaí 200 km away from the city of São Paulo.

O Complexo do Baú é um conjunto de montanhas rochosas formado pela Pedras do Baú (1.950m), Bauzinho (1.829m) e Ana Chata (1.695m), que juntas, compõe um dos principais cartões postais da Serra da Mantiqueira. Localiza-se na cidade de Sâo Bento do Sapucaí a 200 km de distância da cidade de São Paulo.

Hello Ricardo,

The lighting is stunning!
Whenever a rainbow occurs, the colours beneath it always seem to take on a wonderful vibrancy.
The scenery is very attractive anyway but, with the additional, saturated colours, wow!!

Hello Ricardo,
It's often said that there is a pot of gold waiting at the end of the rainbow, but here there seems to be an entire golden hill where the rainbow ends. The well saturated colours look fantastic, and I really like the contrasts of green foreground, golden hills and dark sky.

The rainbow we see about the completely mountain area.

A fabulous moment captured and fine outcome on picture, Ricardo.
The contrast is evident from the green to brown / golden slopes and the mighty rocks. But above all: the rainbow up on the sky.

What a beautiful warm glow we find on the rock to the right, most of the mountainside and the small village in the middle.
The rainbow looks wonderful and it beautifully spans almost the entire width of the photo.
Wonderful green foreground too.

Hello Ricardo, These rocks remind me a bit of the Monument Valley In the USA. Fantastic view of the rainbow as the umbrella above the golden fields. Marvellous composition and colours. Nice small village.
