Dolphins are some of the most fascinating creatures in the world! If you saw them wild and free any time in your life you know what I mean. But if you don´t saw them running in the oceans, you don´t know what are you missing..

I use to go fishing since I was a child and I consider myself very lucky to have been playing with dolphins so many times! It´s commom to see them in the blue waters!

They usually love to play with the boats and came very close. Every time I see them is for me like the first time, because they are wonderful and very very cute.

So, a few days ago I found them two times in the same fishing day, and today I am happy to show my Blue Water's Friends to my TE's friends!

Dolphins encounters are some of the best moments we can live in the summer!

Oi Jeca Golfinho, que beleza!!! Pelo amor de Deus, aonde e que vc esteve para tirar esta foto? POV sesansacional. Incrivel que vc consequiu captar esta com somente 1/160s mas com f/4.5 e a velocidade do acontecimento nao se tem muito tempo para ficar escolhendo muito.

Impressionante, amigo! Qualquer foto com boa definição e exposição de golfinhos é à partida interessante, mas você conseguiu muito mais que isso, pois a composição está excelente, coisa muito rara neste tipo de foto "de acção".

Se não tivesse reparado na sua explicação dada ao amigo Bülent, certamente ue tb. lhe perguntaria onde raio é que estava para conseguir tirar a foto.

Hello Jose,
Your POV is amazing showing the dolphins playing under the boat. I had to look twice at your photo because at first, I saw a face with mask instead of the stempost of ship and could not understand where were swimming the cetaceans :) A nice one!

It is always a pleasure to sea the dolphins lying around th ship when at sea, but rather difficult ot catch since there are always jumping out of the water in unexpected places. very good catch thus with excellent sharpness and good colors.

Simply wonderful! The timing is just fantastic as you caught the dolphin sweeping up from the water. I'm sure this is not an easy take, & you've done marvellously. The bow of the ship definitely is a great element to the shot & after I read your thread with Bulent, I can only admire this shot more!

Linda e intrigante esta foto. Primeiro pensei que os golfinhos estivessem em um aquario, mas os movimentos deles sao tao livres. Voce captou um excelente momento. A composicao e perfeita, com um dos golfinhos no foco e o outro atras. So estou morrendo de curiosidade de saber o que e o fundo branco com a barbatana azul na parte superior da foto, masa cho que vc ja respondeu a outros curiosos entao vou olhar a resposta por aqui.

Hi Jose,

I see dolphins a lot but never this close! This is a perfect take with one dolphin just rising and one beneath the water. The bow of the boat is perfectly positioned, the colours are fantastic and it's beautifully sharp. A superb capture my friend.

Genial, Zeca! Foto capturada no momento certo e, pelos comentários, tirada em posição bem precária, o que a torna feito ainda maior. Para ficar realmente nítida, poderia de ter usado uma velocidade de obturador maior: tirando o polarizador, que não deveria fazer muita diferença mesmo nessas condições e acrescentaria aprox. um ponto e meio de luz, ou usando um ISO mais sensível, o que na Rebel XTi produz ruído aceitável. O polarizador às vezes mais atrapalha do que ajuda: quando não conseguimos controlá-lo porque o último elemento da lente não é fixo, ou quando precisamos de toda luz disponível. Entretanto, a escolha entre nitidez e reflexos indesejáveis/menor saturação de cores é do fotógrafo.
