Photographer's Note

This is the Boa Viagem Beach. If you just look at the picture, you may think this is an almost desert beach, but it's actually an urban one, and right behind us there is a large avenue, full of tall buildings and cars with people running late for their jobs and appointments.

In first plane, once again, you can see the Jangadas and Coconut trres.

Ola Mathias,
for me the north east of Brazil, with all that palm trees, dunes, friendly people, forro´... is one of the most beautiful regions in the world. Your pic gives a perfect impression of this..
vertical format is well chosen.

Your composition is a bit busy for my liking, one jangada would have been my choice, but I am in love with the transitional blue hue.

bonita captura com uma composição bem interessante, compondo a imagem com todos esses elementos...
ótima luz, detalhes e cores, embora esta última esteja um pouco saturada no monitor que estou a vendo neste momento...

que lugar extraordinário, Mathias, fotografado com competência e sensibilidade.
Os azuis estão de cair o queixo mas a imagem como um todo está graciosa e equilibrada. gosto das duas jangadas (o verde da vela me é inesperado: pensei fossem todas brancas), que estão bem posicionadas na foto mas aquela vermelhinha tem um charme que convenhamos, chama um bocado a atenção!

the sky is impressive and I also like this certain dynamic in your composition created by the trees and the sails. The colours are outstanding. YOu have really captured a very beautiful atmosphere of the seaside! TfS!
