Hi Cem,
A great portait of this man peering from behind his cameras. Nice use of depth of field, and good composition. He stands out well against the black cameras and hat. Well spotted!

Hey Cem,
Really like this composition, have you tried to add some sharpness to the FG?
Anyhow, the face, the hat, the cameras... just worth the shot!!
regards,
Irina

Cem: this is a great environmental portrait. Perhaps the only thing I might alter would be the DOF to bring details out in the cameras, though I know this would make your subject less salient. A fine image. regards, c

Hi Cem, I guess those old cameras are really fading into the background, not much call for them in this digital world,so good DOF, plus it brings out the main character with such detail & sharpness, well composed.

Hi Cem,
it is a perfect portrait, the blurred foreground is what make it perfect!! The face of the old man is very funny. Excellent composition. Thanks for visit and show my country.

hi cem,
i see the "long and narrow path you're walking on" (as you say in your intro) - has some appealing images around :).
very well captured sight of this gentleman hiding (?) behind some artistically shaped camera display - all very poetically covered by an old hat.
good 'match' of all the 'participants': the old gentlemen, old cameras and old hat - nice work!
thanks,
dora

Hi Cem,
A photography of great originality, I believe that is very appropriate for TE, I like the deep expression of the man, its glance is the center of interest of the image, close-up out of focus is good idea. Interesting work. TFS

Cem,
the framing of this old gentleman is superb. All the old cameras in the foreground is perfect and fits so well as a complete photofreak. I see that the guy has really some good collectibles there. Can you give me the exact address of where is located? :-)
Why didn't you use a tighter shutter openning? You had enough wiggel room with 1/400s. I wish the cameras in the foreground would be sharper. Oh well, life just can't be perfect!
Cheers, Peter

Merhaba Cem Bey, this photo is really remarkable, FG as well as BG... You had a fantastic model too !
Simple but very effective...
Congratulations !

(PS : Türkiye'daki Horasan, Iran'daki Khorasan'dan çok uzak'tir... I understood the sentence that you had written in Turkish but cannot answer right now in that language, my mind is already in India where I'll be next week ; I was wondering if there could be some relationship between the 2 places, but Khorasan province is very far away from Turkey, so I have my doubts !)

there is something about the angle, it does not show his face well nor particular camera, yet interesting.

Ciao Cem,
E' molto interessante la tua inquadratura, Cem.
Lo sguardo del venditore e saggio e un po' triste, come spesso succede con i venditori ambulanti...
A me e' piaciuto molto!
Buona giornata e a pesto!
I.
