Hiking on the moors, pre-Xmas, the hoar frost was remarkable, as was the lighting. In the distance are the ramblers I was walking with to add some perspective to the frame. Taken with a 28mm lens, adjusted with auto-contrast, although the original was also as dramatic.

Hello Fiona, very nice photo.The details in the front are very clear and the point of view gives the photo a good depths. I think the people in the back are a little disturbing because they come out as a black spot.

hi Fiona,
a great cold mood in this landscape of snow and freeze.
I like the way the fence cut the picture in two : the left one is in the light, the right one in the dark.
