Photographer's Note

This cave, which is 100 m long, 15 m deep and has a ceiling height of 30 m, has been the settlement since the Stone Age. There are traces of several houses here, and two houses that were abandoned around 1920, is today in the shelter beneath the mountain. Carry-over is so great that the tiles on the houses is completely superfluous! The narrow road,RV44, forward to Egersund is also fascinating with the camera as a companion.
