Photographer's Note
On our first overseas adventure (sans parents), my friends and I, beginning in amazing London, boarded a Hop-On/Hop-Off double-decker bus and visited all the major sites. Of course The London Eye was one of our stops, and what a sight it was! Photo taken from the ground, before boarding the capsules.

What an unusual POV for this oh so photographed spectacle.
The dramatic viewpoint more than makes up for the slightly hazy/soft focus/unsharpened final image.
But, welcome to TE, and to the UK !
