On The Farm #4, a photo from Saskatchewan, Prairies

Photographer's Note

I just followed what was done in the workshop and made some minor changes to the steps follwed in it. It turned out like this. I think it looks almost dream like now and much prefer it to the original.

Another taken at the farm. I went back and took a whole other set. Not sure if I am as happy with these. But here ya go anyway :-)

I like the composition ad the colors are tasty, but I'm not sure if I like the softening. I miight have preferred a bit less softening, but still it's an image that suites softening...

ANYWAY it's a good photograph!

Ahhhh! nice. You did a lot of improvement on that one, with the suggestion of our good friend who posted a WS. My kind of shots, with bright colors, nice details and a lot of character. I knew there was something great about this picture, just needed a little work. Very well done Heather.

The color are fabulous !!! I like this one very much. Closing the exposure, you have got perfect house image and blur the trees. Really very nice picture. Congratulations

belle composition de cette fermette placée sur la droite de l'image et l'arbre qui occupe la gauche ; les couleurs sont très poétiques et bucoliques avec ce ciel bleu d'une intense pureté quasi fantastique.

Hi cosyCloud, this is really a beautifull place. La petite maison dans la prairie;
I wish I had a little house like this, it even has electricity, (but no chimney, how come?) and nice big trees around. The colors are great. It must be early automn, what we call "Indian summer"

Ok I like it much better than the original version, it looks almost like a painting trees and grass painted with a feather brush.
Beautiful effect.

very cool photo, I like what you have done to it giving it the hazy look, lots of strong vibrant colours, favorite member of mine garnetgirl has a very similar shot its titled the old workshop you should check it out.

My eyes got the attention of your photos as featured upon opening the site. The colours are somehow different from the ordinary. I like it the way it is, doesn't need softnening at all, the image softenes our imagination into a dream...
