You have a completely stunning background, making snowboarders as myself drool for quite a while but there are parts in this picture that are bothersome. Mainly the man in the red jacket. What I'd do is crop off the lower part from the house with the blue roof. That way you can emphasize your background and get rid of that guy in the foreground.
