Guyuan is a growing city in southern Ningxia Ningxia is China's autonomous muslim region in the north west. It lies roughly between Inner Mongolia and Gansu on the edge of the Gobi desert.

Guyuan makes an excellent base to visit the ancient buddhist grottoes of Xumi Shan.

This picture accompanies my previous post. The two men are friends, we met them in the square in front of the museum. Two old tigers, I wonder what tracks they 've made.

Une autre belle photo de cette série des plus intéressante. Tu as su approcher très près de tes sujets.Les sourires sont beaux. Belle netteté des détails et aussi de très jolies couleurs.

Hello Benny,
I really like your two latest portraits, but this one, with the blue colors, grabs me a bit more. This guy has some cool glasses - they both do - and their faces have a lot of character. I like the easygoing smile, too.

What a characterful face who was, I am sure fully aware of your lens and very happy to be photographed. Looking at it will always bring back memories of my China trip! Quite smartly attired so to speak and of course his blue outfit & glasses is appealing on the eye and he's got more teeth than me but not a good advert for toothpaste though.. LOL

Love the subtle clarity & soft shadow along with natural skin color and contrast. A beautiful shot, Congrats
