Here on the left side the same monument in front of Justice Palace (last photo). The Monument is dedicated to Manuel Montt (Chile president between 1851-1856) and Antonio Varas (famous chile politician). The monument was made by the italian scupltor Ernesto Biondi in 1904 and located Plaza Montt-Varas.

In the background the white building is Espacio M Mall. In the past it was the Larraín Zañartu Palace, projected by the french architect Lucien Hénault and built by Larraín Zañartu Family in 1872. Today only the façade remains intact and all interior was remade to abrogate the Espacio M Mall.
