Bark, cheese, eggs and cream ...

My wife made my favorite breakfast pie.
The filling is made of cheese, cream, eggs, oil and sour water.
The dough crusts are thinned and filled with the filling.
The pie is baked for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 C degrees.
