Photographer's Note
This is the hanging bridge in langkawi island. I really hope you'll like it because this is one of my best pictures till now. Standing on that bridge was a scary feeling because it was a bit shaky! But still, the wind and view is great from there, I hope to stand on it once more.
Any comments or suggestions?

Hi Ramy, it must have felt great walking over this hanging bridge as such a great height. The colours are great and I like your perspective. My only suggestion would be to rotate the image so that the pilon holding the bridge is vertical.
Best wishes

Hi Ramy
This is a great capture that certainly gave me a feeling of vertigo when i opened it. I think your POV gives a feeling of the height involved and the people add a good idea of scale. It's a shame about the big shadow, but nothing you could do about that!

Hi Ramy, excellent pic (in spite of probably difficult light conditions), unusual bridge and POV. It's scary even to look at it! Well done, Daniel
ps - It would have been nice to read a bit more about this unusual bridge in your note.

Hi Ramy,
Wonderful Composition... scary though... Would it be possible to come back when the sun is on the other side so that your picture eliminates the shadow? Just a thought... Great Pic.

This is an interesting and improbable bridge even if I regret the pov doesn't allow to really figure out the whole architecture. Whatever, a looking like impressive place.

Looks very scary to me!!! The POV is interesting but I would also have put the pylon vertical. The people on the bridge give a good impression os the size.

Ramy,
Uve got a very nice pic there! If i were u i wouldnt look down that bridge :)
Welldone, ill try an add a workshop..cause i think like Cruize that if the pole was vertical it may look different.

Hi Ramy,
Interesting shot. I'd prefer to see the tops of the hills just above the bridge. Some work in Photoshop like using levels and hue might bring out the colours better. A more detailed note please. Just what is this bridge all about?

Bonjour Ramy,
je suis vraiment impressionné par ce pont suspendu, il n'est pas fait pour les voitures.
A great POV and lights even the half of the bridge is under a strong sunny light, this curve is very esthetic in the mountains.
Best regards.

Hi Ramy,
A really spectacular photo, as the hanging bridge that you show us here.
The bridge is a marvel of the civil engineering, and the POV that you have done is very good, from above.
I like it the light and the shades in the mountain.
Good work.

PS: The WS that they have done to you rotating the photo to make the prop of the bridge vertical, it is a mistake, the prop has this inclination.

Hi Ramy - super intersting structure, the place looks beautiful, I would really like to see that. The only suggestion I have is not to cut off the tops of the mountains, and the concrete thing at the lower right corner can be cloned out in photoshop, or avoided by risking life and limb by leaning over the edge.
Ans_er (14) 2006-03-31 1:41
You really have captured a very beatiful & lovely view of bridge. Its Looking very scary. It must be a memorious moment for you to walk on it.

Hi Ramy,
This is a surprising and very interesting structure. I would like to know more about it.
Can you tell me how long it is and what load it does support (only humans ? vehicles ? cattle ?).
I can imagine that it is extremely difficult to have the ideal POV. Unless you use a helicopter. Just a pity that you've cut the summit of the hills.

Hi Ramy
Very nice subject and the photo is interesting.
As said by jstewart, I would also have included the top of those central mountains... and I don't think you gain much by having that small grass in the lower center and the structure you're in in the photo...
Appart from that it is a very nice composition.

Not easy to make a choice between showing what is beyond the mountain and the depth under this bridge... But the impressive aspect of this bridge shows on your picture.

Hello Ramy,
This is a very interesting bridge (I am a civil engineer) and you have taken this photo from a very good and high point of view showing almost the entire bridge.
It must be a magnificient view from the bridge out over the landscape of Langkawi.

Hi Ramy.
This less we can say is that this is a quite impressive area! The picture is nice and colorful, and it would have been even better with a slight crop correction (with a bit more space on the top to integrate mountain summits and a bit tighter on the bottom-right to the whitish (concrete) item. I imagine this must be quite an experience to drive on this bridge!
